I have a difficult time swallowing- what is going on with me?

There might possibly be an issue pertaining to parathyroid function or some biliary statis. I would start with the digestive system and then work toward the parathyroid function…

Recommended Support: In order to support the biliary tree, it would generally require Beta TCP.

To support the parathyroid dysfunction, CA/MG Plus along with some Bio D Mulsion Forte.

(Vitamin D will also support the biliary stasis).

Dr. Bud, lately every little thing bothers me! What will help with anxiety?

A. The best place to start is with a rigid regimen of phosphorylated B vitamins.

Recommended Support:

Go to Capture Your Health immediately and start replenishing your body with Bio-3B-G.

Bio-3B-G is a multiple B vitamin complex supplying the phosphorylated form of vitamins B1, B2, and B6 (with an emphasis on B1), combined with SOD and catalase, particularly helpful with anxiety, congestive heart failure, and low blood pressure.

Coffee, alcohol, tobacco, sugar, raw oysters, estrogen- replacement- therapy, and birth control pills interfere with B vitamins and may cause a greater need for them. (Do not take this product with high blood pressure).

If I eat “greasy” or high fat foods, I suffer…any help for this?

A. If greasy or high fat foods cause distress with your digestive system, the problem usually lies within the biliary tree. The fats are not broken down, especially trans-fats which are substances that occur through a hydrogenation process.

Of course, I won’t lecture, but you really should avoid these anyway, (although I know we all treat ourselves on occasion!)

Recommended Support: If you have a gall bladder, the most likely use of a product would be Beta TCP.

If the gall bladder has been removed, then it would be Beta Plus.

Both of these products have organic beet concentrate and are available through our online store, Capture Your Health.

I’m having muscle spasms quite often; is there anything that will help with this?

For muscle cramps, spasms or even soreness, reach for the magnesium…it’s a calcium synergist and a muscle relaxant for the body.

Recommended Product: Mg Zyme (tablets) or Aqua Mag-Cl (liquid that can be put in a foot soak)

Mg Zyme is also used for:

* arrhythmia / palpitations
* chronic fatigue
* diabetes
* hypoglycemia
* fibromyalgia

* menstrual cramps / PMS

Dr. Bud, what is a good source of Essential Fatty Acids?

I’m glad you asked! Recent statistics reveal that nearly 99% of the American people do not eat enough foods to support our bodies for this group of nutrients! Good sources of EFA’s are quality fish such as mackerel, albacore tuna, wild salmon, sardines, anchovies, and raw nuts (especially walnuts) and pumpkin seeds.

Supplemental Support:

Optimal EFA’s, Flax Seed Oil , Biomega 3, Mixed EFA’s plus others offered through Capture Your Health.

Optimal EFAs – supplies a unique blend of the highest quality fish, flaxseed and borage oils, providing a balanced blend of omega-3, 6, and 9 essential fatty acids in optimal ratios.

Flax Seed Oil – supplies pure Flax Seed Oil, cold pressed, from certified organically grown Flax Seeds. Flax Seed Oil is a natural source of essential fatty acids, especially omega-3 fatty acids.
Each capsule contains 1000 mg of pure, organic, cold processed flax seed oil, providing alpha linolenic acid, linolenic acid, and oleic acid. Always refrigerate flax oil.

BioMega-3 – Necessary dietary nutrients that impact most physiological functions, including supporting healthy inflammatory responses and relieving minor pain due to overexertion. The highest quality, all natural (not modified by distillation processes) fish oil supplying omega-3 fatty acids, BioMega-3 fish oil surpasses all national and international standards for environmental pollutants, including dioxins, PCBs, pesticides and heavy metals.

Mixed EFAs – provides a mixture of seed and nut oils supplying essential fatty acids. This product modifies the structural component of cell membranes making cells less permeable to pathogens and more permeable to support. Compromised cell fluidity impacts endocrine and immune function.

If you are using birth control pills, more than likely you are in need of which nutrient?

Just to name a few: Equi Fem, used by many of our female clients, or Folate 5 Plus (used for a greater need of folic acid).

My eyes are watery, my nose is itchy, but I don’t have a cold…what causes this and what can help?

A. More than likely you are affected by food and/or environmental allergies.

Please try to correct the problem; if food allergies are suspected, then eliminate dairy and gluten from your diet for about 6 weeks.

If you think it might be environmental allergies, use safe, temporary relief, but try to find the immune weakness and then work on strengthening the immune system. You can fill out the Health Assessment Form (available to our Health-E Community members*) at our website.

We need to find the cause, and fix it. A strong immune system filters out so many triggers that would otherwise cause us discomfort.

Support to consider: For immediate relief, use HistoPlex AB.

There might be a need for HydroZyme, which addresses the need for hydrochloric acid.

Approximately 70% of the children are deficient in this particular nutrient and available in the open air?

Answer: The answer is the sunshine vitamin, Vitamin D; a vitamin D 25 Hydroxy Test will allow you to find out the existing vitamin D level.

Note: Inadequate levels of vitamin D are common. While the importance of vitamin D for musculoskeletal health is well documented, its importance in numerous other aspects of health are now recognized. They include (but are not limited to) cardiovascular health and immune function.

Recommended Support: At least 15 minutes of sunshine a day, not between 12 noon and 4 pm in the summer, and watch out for the toxic sunscreens.

Also, if those levels are still low, the best absorbed vitamin D is Bio D Mulsion and Bio D Mulsion Forte from Capture Your Health. Read more on this essential vitamin ….
