My eyes are watery, my nose is itchy, but I don’t have a cold…what causes this and what can help?

A. More than likely you are affected by food and/or environmental allergies.

Please try to correct the problem; if food allergies are suspected, then eliminate dairy and gluten from your diet for about 6 weeks.

If you think it might be environmental allergies, use safe, temporary relief, but try to find the immune weakness and then work on strengthening the immune system. You can fill out the Health Assessment Form (available to our Health-E Community members*) at our website.

We need to find the cause, and fix it. A strong immune system filters out so many triggers that would otherwise cause us discomfort.

Support to consider: For immediate relief, use HistoPlex AB.

There might be a need for HydroZyme, which addresses the need for hydrochloric acid.
